Full Job Description
- Supporting with end-to-end material management of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE)
- Working in synergy with the supplier to ensure material availability
- Collaborating with Logistics to facilitate the receipt, storage and return of materials
- Liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers
- Collating and analysing data for the creation of KPI's
- Representing the team at meetings to give updates on material status
- Providing updates on internal and external material statuses and issues and taking actions to satisfy the project schedule demands and milestones
Experience working within Project Management - Excellent stakeholder management
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Desirable:
- Previous experience working in Supply Chain
- Proficient with SAP or similar ERP System
- Experience using Team Centre
