Full Job Description

Partner with the best The Manifolds & Distributions Master Scheduler will represent materials & product delivery planning from bid to contract award and early execution. They will develop the overall supply plan, ensuring our ability to deliver from a leadtime and supply chain capacity, optimizing both cost & revenue. As the Manifolds & Distributions Master Scheduler you will be responsible for:
- Defining and driving the project bid plan, highlighting critical activities and managing through completion, to ensure Baker Hughes provides a comprehensive and achievable bid
- Defining internal execution strategy across multiple projects (methodology, location, etc.)
- Owning Supply S&OP, driving lead time and capacity management of bottlenecks (fabrication yard + suppliers)
- Driving end to end product lead time reductions through cross-functional activity and improvement plans
- Owning early project execution until handover to Product Delivery Planner
- Owning & controlling supply due date at point of demand loading (e.g scheduled ship date) and control demand & accuracy cleanliness
Have Experience in production planning, inventory optimization or manufacturing operations - Possess knowledge of ERP systems
- Be able to influence and lead multiple stakeholders
- Have strategic thinking with tactical execution
- Possess a growth mindset with desire to drive change
