+ Extensive QHSE Knowledge: Proven experience in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management within the offshore or similar high-risk industry.
+ Medical Expertise: Qualified to provide emergency medical care, with certifications such as Offshore Medic or equivalent.
+ Regulatory Acumen: In-depth understanding of UK and EU regulations pertaining to offshore operations.
+ Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to identify potential risks and implement effective solutions.
+ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with diverse teams and ensure clear, concise reporting.
