What will the programme look like? In this unique role, you will gain hands-on exposure to and build expertise in Organisation Effectiveness, developing insights into strategic people initiatives. Key areas of exposure include Strategic Workforce Planning, Operational Workforce Planning, Capacity Modelling, and Organisation Health. Along the way, you'll connect with key stakeholders from other Centres of Excellence (CoEs) within the People function and across the organisation, providing you with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our global workforce. - Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to inform OE initiatives.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and tracking of OE initiatives.
- Conduct data analysis to identify patterns and insights related to OE metrics.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of reports, presentations, and other documentation related to OE.
- Support project management activities for OE initiatives, including tracking progress, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Support efforts to engage and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for OE initiatives.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting outcomes to support the OE team's activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of OE activities, processes, and outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the implementation of solutions.
