We are looking for an enthusiastic Children's nurse, who is an excellent role model, self-motivated and committed to the delivery of high standards of quality care. Experience is preferred but not essential.
If you are a Children's nurse, committed to providing high quality care and would like to develop your clinical skills, this position could be for you.
The post is shift work, rotational to night duty and the ability to work as part of a team is essential.
We work closely with our Paediatric Ward, Assessment Unit and Neonatal Unit and rotational posts within the department are available for staff to gain experience in all areas.

Acute Care
Providing emergency and maternity services at Whiston, Southport and Ormskirk hospitals, and medical and surgical specialties across all our sites.

Providing primary care services at Marshalls Cross Medical Centre situated in St Helens Hospital.
Community Services
Providing adult community services for St Helens and a wheelchair service in Chorley, South Ribble, and West Lancashire. Specialist Regional Services
We provide the Mersey Regional Burns & Plastic Surgery Unit at Whiston Hospital and the Spinal Injuries Unit at Southport Hospital to more than 4 million people across the whole of Merseyside, West Lancashire, Cheshire, Isle of Man and North Wales.
