Full Job Description
The successful candidate will be able to work autonomously, managing their own workload (with support) and be a car driver with access to a car. You will be expected to visit patients in their own homes to take required bloods tests and deliver them back to the collection points in a timely manner., Undertake Community Phlebotomy for housebound patients in their ownhome who are unable to attend their GP PracticeSupport nursing team members with delivery of patient careSupport and liaise with Doctors and other members of the multidisciplinaryteamProcess various specimens appropriatelyUndertake blood pressure measurements and record correctlyPerform INR tests and work within standing operating procedure to delivernear patient testing service.Undertake other clinical duties at discretion of lead nurse i.e. performingECG's.Ensure evidence based practice is delivered within scope of professionalpractice
