Full Job Description
The Cambridge Better Futures Programme provides the tools so accomplished individuals from all sectors of business and life can unlock their full potential and forge a better future for society. The inaugural programme commences in September 2025 and is available for participants as a 6-month or 12-month programme face-to-face in Cambridge, UK.
The programme convenes the power of Cambridge and equips accomplished individuals to create transformative change in the world. Whether participants' ambition is to improve their local community or deliver something truly global, the Cambridge Better Futures Programme will help them define their vision and prepare to put it into action.
The programme is delivered by the Institute of Continuing Education in partnership with the Centre for Better Futures - https://centreforbetterfutures.org/programme/ .
The Digital Content and VLE Co-ordinator will be responsible for producing content-related material for the Better Futures programme. This includes creating content for marketing, websites, programme pages, social media channels, and the VLE. The role holder will work alongside the programme team, guest speakers, and the Technology Enhanced Learning team to ensure content for participants is produced to a high quality.
You will work closely with the Programme Director and the programme team to create digital content such as video, audio, illustration and animation used in the programme's teaching and learning activities. They will have a participant-centred approach at all times, seeking to maximise learning and enhance their overall experience.
You must maintain excellent relationships with all our stakeholders - this includes the wider Better Futures team, participants, suppliers, College hosts, speakers and colleagues.
You will have excellent communication, project management and digital content creation skills, experience of working in a client-facing environment, and understanding of the full production lifecycle. You will be enthusiastic and flexible, a team player, and have a good understanding of current eLearning trends, multimedia and content creation software. An interest and commitment to lifelong learning would be beneficial.
