Full Job Description
We're now looking for a passionate Graphics & Livery Specialist to join this exciting journey. This is your opportunity to do work that gets noticed - on the grid, on screen, and by millions of fans. Main Duties: Livery Application
- Prepare and apply vinyl wraps to Formula 1 cars, team transporters and other equipment.
- Ensure the accurate and precise application of graphics according to design specifications.
- Work closely with the design team to interpret and execute complex livery designs. Graphics Production
- Produce and prepare all necessary graphics, including cut vinyl and printed materials.
- Operate and maintain large format printers, plotters and laminators.
- Ensure that all graphics meet the high standards required by the team and sponsors. Maintenance and Repairs
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance on vehicle wraps to ensure durability and quality.
- Repair and replace damaged graphics, when necessary, and often under tight deadlines.
- Assist in the removal of wraps and graphics when necessary, ensuring no damage to surfaces. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure all branding is consistent and meets sponsorship requirements.
- Assist in developing new wrapping techniques and solutions to enhance the team's branding efforts.
- Provide support during race weekends, ensuring the vehicles are race-ready with all graphics in place. Logistics and inventory
- Ensure accurate inventory of vinyl materials, adhesives and other necessary supplies.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and manage stock levels.
- Assist in the logistics of transporting graphics and wraps to various locations, including race venues. Key Accountabilities:
- Fulfil all organisational expectations, including but not limited to the following:

- Ensure understanding of and compliance with health and safety obligations.
- Maintain personal high standards of behaviour and conduct, being a positive ambassador for the department.
- Ensure you adhere to brand rules and maintain high standards of department presentation.
- Work to quality standards and identify and contribute ways to continuously improve department and personal performance.
- Ensure understanding of cost cap rules and requirements.
Proficiency in operating Roland printers and related software, with a strong understanding of print processes and colour management. - Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, with the ability to create and edit vector graphics to a high professional standard., Qualifications and Experience Level: Experience in the preparation of vinyl graphics, preferably in a motorsport or automotive setting.
