Full Job Description
- Assisting in managing social channels, from building and scheduling posts to analysing results
- Researching social trends and industry news to contribute to overall content plan
- Supporting with capturing and analysing social metrics
- Contribute to writing blogs, articles, social media posts, and other marketing materials
- Respond to customer inquiries or comments on social media and other platforms, maintaining a positive brand image
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including organising marketing materials and managing schedules
- Assist with email marketing campaign creations
- Collaborate closely with the Brand Manager and Marketing Executive
- Assist with studio stock flow/rotation
- Assist with social media and creative projects, including setting up and capturing lives, video shoots, and other creative content
- Utilise editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Canva
- Support social media efforts through Meta Studio, including copywriting and content management
- Become a fundamental part of our new creative and branding strategy and long-term action plan (working on monthly creative campaigns and creative concepts) Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and the Baltic team.

- GCSE Grade C/5 in Maths & 4/C English Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships This Level 3 apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective digital marketer. With our expert online training and one-to-one support, youll channel your creativity and learn to create, implement, and analyse successful campaigns as part of a professional marketing team.
- £14,560 per annum
- Monday to Friday, with flexible start times: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm or 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
- 20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays
