PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £27,300 - £30,000 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience.     Live Studio Production: Experience in live broadcast studio production.
  • Research & Writing: Strong research skills coupled with a flair for writing tight, catchy cues and copy.
  • Attention to Detail: An inherent eye for detail that enhances quality and accuracy.
  • Professional Qualification/Experience: Either a recognised journalism qualification or at least two years of industry experience.
  • Working Under Pressure: Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

  • Local Insight: Deep familiarity with the BBC Radio Devon area and an understanding of the stories that matter to our audience and the wider community in Devon.
