Full Job Description
The role: You will be part of the Care UK Design Studio within the brand communications team and marketing department. Internal clients will include the marketing, HR, operations and recruitment teams., Design and artwork production of all advertising and marketing collateral
To design to a high creative standard using photography and brand identity assets, ensuring that brand guidelines are adhered to
Production and implementation of design templates for use by the business
Support line manager in management of the Design Studio, following creative briefing, job trafficking and scheduling processes
Interpret briefs to ensure final outputs reflect service specific needs as well as the overall communications objectives
Building and managing relationship with clients by confidently demonstrating good people skills and keeping clients informed of the project's processes and progress
Must be able to make logical decisions, considering broader implications of proposed actions
Be a brand guardian and champion
Liaising with suppliers and our external agencies
Recognised design qualification (degree/diploma/BTEC)
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
Experience in graphic design
Excellent knowledge of production cycle and print processes
Strong project management skills
