About the Roundhouse:
Roundhouse is an iconic music and arts venue in Camden. Since the 1960s we've opened up space for creativity to empower people and communities - day in, night out. We're on a mission to raise the creative potential of the UK so we give young people and artists the space to experiment, develop skills and be part of incredible moments that go down in history.
The Role
As a core member of the production team, the role will provide deputy production management and support across the Roundhouse Artistic and Commercial programmes. This involves working with Production Managers to plan and deliver shows within the commercial music and events programme in the Main Space. The Deputy Production Manager will also be required to lead on the Production Management for the Roundhouse Artistic Programme, Young People's Programme and all internally produced work in the Studio Theatre and Auxiliary spaces. In addition, support on events across the wider building such as P&P (Partnerships & Philanthropy) and events including the Roundhouse Gala. Weekend and evening work will be required according to business needs.
About you:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Deputy Production Manager with experience in theatre, live music, events or other performing arts. You'll be a great communicator and have excellent knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and industry best practice as well as an ability to work collaboratively and proactively whilst handling a varied and demanding workload. We welcome applications from people who feel they can bring their own skills, experiences and ideas to the table and empower those around them to do the same. We encourage those currently underrepresented across the cultural sector and all intersections of our diverse society to apply.
