We're looking for a Senior Internal Communications Manager to join our busy Group Communications team. Reporting into the Head of Corporate Affairs, you will play a key role in delivering OUP's Group internal communications activities, in line with the Group Communications strategy. You'll provide quality support and consultancy to leaders within OUP, especially its Group Functions, and deliver high-profile campaigns that inform, inspire, and connect with our audiences. • Extensive experience of delivering internal or external communications. Internal comms experience preferable (but not essential)
• Excellent standard of English, both written and verbal, and the ability to communicate in a variety of styles
• Ability to build relationships and communicate confidently with people at all levels, internally and externally
• Ability to work to tight deadlines, project manage campaigns, and prioritize successfully
• Initiative and drive
• Excellent skills across standard software: Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook
The following skills and experiences are also desirable, but not essential:
• Experience of using SharePoint or Office 365
• Experience of developing video content
