About Us:
We're The Big Phone Store one of the UK's leading sellers of refurbished phones. We're growing fast and need someone who can create attention-grabbing, brand-aligned content for our social channels.

You'll Be Responsible For:

• Creating short-form video (e.g. TikToks, Reels) from concept to publish
• Capturing behind-the-scenes content at our warehouse, events, etc.
• Designing still graphics for offers, educational posts, and customer reviews
• Writing captions that are simple, persuasive, and clear
• Working closely with our growth strategist to align visuals with campaigns

What You Need:

• Proven experience creating content for business accounts (portfolio required)
• Strong mobile video editing and design skills (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
• Understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends
• Eye for branding, layout, and content that stops the scroll
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Nice to Have:

• Photography skills
• Experience filming with real people (staff/customers)

This is not a post-and-hope role. We want creators who think about what works and how to improve it over time.
