Job Description

Design intuitive and user-friendly web/mobile experiences with a strong focus on UX principles and usability.

Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.

Collaborate with business, product, and development teams to translate requirements into effective design solutions.

Conduct user research and apply design best practices to enhance customer experience and engagement.

Ensure consistency in design standards, branding, and accessibility across digital banking platforms.

Prior experience in the Banking/Financial Services domain is mandatory, with a strong understanding of banking customer journeys and digital products.
