You will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers, negotiating contracts, and driving business growth through effective brand partnerships. • Talent Management: Oversee a portfolio of influential social media personalities and content creators, guiding their career development, and providing strategic advice and support.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities to grow the careers of the influencers, including brand partnerships, sponsorships, endorsements, and collaborations.
• Negotiations: Negotiate and finalise contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the influencers while maximising revenue and value for both the influencers and the agency.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, brands, agencies, and other industry professionals to facilitate collaboration and drive business growth.
• Brand Partnerships: Collaborate with influencers to develop creative and strategic brand partnerships that align with their personal brand and target audience.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse the performance of influencer campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing, and apply this knowledge to drive innovative and effective strategies.
• Team Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
  
  Proven experience of 2+ years in talent management - managing and developing a roster of influential social media personalities and content creators.
• Strong network of contacts within the influencer marketing industry, including influencers, brands, and agencies.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and close deals.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop innovative influencer marketing campaigns that drive results.
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Analytical mindset, with proficiency in tracking and analysing campaign performance metrics and providing actionable insights.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, influencer marketing tools, and industry trends.
