Full Job Description
We're looking for an In-Store Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team in Leeds. Within this role, you'll play a key supporting role in delivering engaging, high-impact marketing across Magnet's Retail and Trade stores., Reporting to our Senior Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting our Stores from point of sale and print campaigns to local marketing activity and store launches, you'll help bring our in-store experiences to life - driving footfall, improving customer engagement, and supporting sales growth. Your responsibilities will include: In-Store Campaign Support
- Assist in planning, producing, and delivering POS and in-store materials.
- Coordinate with Design and Print teams for timely asset delivery.
- Support promotional and local marketing campaigns, including new store openings.
- Maintain the Local Marketing Toolkit for store use. Campaign Execution & Coordination
- Manage timelines and liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
- Track and brief assets across POS, digital, and print channels.
- Act as a point of contact for stores, providing marketing support and communication. Store Engagement
- Build strong relationships with store teams through regular visits and communication.
- Manage marketing portal use and updates. Data & Reporting
- Support campaign performance reporting and analysis.
- Track budget and gather insights for optimisation.
A marketer with 2 years of experience, either in-house or agency side. - Highly organised and detail oriented.
- Creative, with a strong eye for design and messaging.
- A confident coordinator, comfortable working across teams and managing timelines.
- A strong communicator, able to engage with both internal teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to deadlines.
- A degree in marketing is preferred but not essential.
