Full Job Description

This role will support the brand team in creating compelling content across all marketing channels. From writing engaging copy for our websites, to filming for our social channels, to interviewing key stakeholders in the business, no two days will be the same in this position. What you'll do:

  • Ideate and create a range of engaging written/video content for our website and blogs. The successful candidate will be supported by the team, but we are looking for someone who is hands on and aspires to progress to leading on projects themselves.
  • Be proactive and liaise with key stakeholders across the business to discover exciting stories that we can share to our installers and consumers.
  • Work in a team responsible for a large marketing budget, inputting into ideas for annual plans, tracking budget spend and monitoring ROI and impact for all activity.
  • Work to engage with our installers and our end consumers on both sides of our business - 'Core' which is gas and oil boilers, and 'Electrified Solutions' which is the new technologies of heat pumps and hybrid systems.
  • Work positively and proactively with our amazing colleagues across the in-house Marketing department alongside our various Marketing agencies.
  • Ensuring all communication meets our brand guidelines and supports or enhances our brand-positioning strategy.

Marketing qualifications/experience and to be educated to degree level in a relevant subject.
  • An eagerness to learn and flexibility to work across a range of different projects.
  • An eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure whilst being highly organised
  • Confidence and the ability to work with stakeholders across the business, ranging from other Graduates to the Senior Leadership team.
  • Passion for marketing, being creative and having a winning attitude.
  • Filming/editing experience is desired but not essential.
  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle.

We're the nation's favourite heating brand, here to warm up people's homes, lives, and futures.
  • From boilers, hybrids and heat pumps to solar thermal and smart controls, we're giving our customers plenty of choice. With cutting-edge tech and research, we're right in the thick of the drive for a better future of home heating. It's not all tools and tech. People are the real heart of our company. We connect with our customers to deliver genuinely helpful support, and we care about our employees and give them enriching careers. We work hard, we work together, and we work with a cause - delivering brilliant customer support and exceptional engineering. As an organisation of more than 1,600 employees, we also take our role in the communities we serve seriously. From giving away free heating systems for community spaces, to our charity, education, and volunteer work - we're no strangers to rolling our sleeves up, getting stuck in, and helping out. If that sounds like something you'd like to be a part of, we'd love to meet you. Come and work #LikeABosch at Worcester Bosch.
