Youll be the local marketing lead for the UK, handling everything from product launches and in-store campaigns to sponsorships, trade support and consumer-facing activity. Its a wide-reaching role, with a bit of everything- and your days wont all look the same. Youll be working for a well-known global brand with a strong presence in both fresh and packaged foods, but the team here is close-knit and hands-on. Youll have the backing of the regional marketing function, but on a day-to-day basis, youll be working closely with the local commercial and operational teams. What youll be doing:

• Supporting NPD and product/brand management
• Creating and delivering in-store visibility strategies
• Coordinating projects between packaging, supply, and factory teams
• Managing local consumer activities like sponsorships and brand ambassador work
• Running communications and social campaigns with agency partners
• Helping drive marketing innovation (e.g. e-commerce initiatives)
• Reporting on market insights, category performance, and consumer trends
• Supporting the sales team with trade presentations and materials
• Managing the local marketing budget
• Being an active part of the wider regional and global marketing team, Reporting to a regional senior marketing director, but closely integrated into the UK team
