• Lead, manage, and motivate a small team to successfully deliver internal and external events, including college open events, graduation ceremonies, community outreach activities, and partner school engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and deliver creative and strategic event campaigns that support the College's recruitment and engagement goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, local organisations, and key stakeholders to broaden the reach of the College's offerings.
• Oversee logistics, budgeting, and evaluation for all events to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement.
• Represent Colchester Institute at external events and act as a key ambassador for our brand and values.
  
  Minimum of 5 GCSEs (grades 4 - 9 or equivalent) including English and Maths.
• Minimum of a Level 3 qualification.
• Experience of managing a team.
• Experience presenting and public speaking to a range of different audiences.
