Full Job Description
We're proud that so many guests return time after time, but there's always room to grow. Your role is to drive that growth, increasing how often our guests rebook and deepening their relationship with our brand. You'll work within our Email Marketing Team to provide clear communication and compelling copywriting to persuade them to return to Potters. Your focus will be crafting campaigns that convert. It will require creativity, segmentation and personalisation, targeting the right audiences, with the right messages at the right time. This is a fast-paced, target-focused role where you'll take pride in crafting messages that convert and keep our rooms full, whatever the season. What you will do
- Email & Direct Marketing: Plan, write and deliver segmented campaigns across email, SMS and print to encourage re-bookings and engagement.
- Audience Targeting: Use personalisation and segmentation to ensure every guest receives the right message at the right time.
- Loyalty & Post-Stay Strategy: Lead post-visit journeys that drive re-bookings, referrals and Friends Club sign-ups.
- Campaign Ownership: Manage end-to-end planning with the wider marketing and creative team, using data to refine approaches.
- Performance Focus: Monitor, report and optimise campaign results with a clear eye on occupancy and ROI.
