· Create and implement a clear, effective marketing strategy that supports business goals across multiple brands.
· Own and manage the sales enablement tool Showpad, ensuring effective use and adoption across the commercial team.
· Develop and oversee annual marketing budgets, including forecasting, spend tracking and supplier management.
· Manage day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring campaigns are well-executed, aligned, and consistently delivered on time and within budget.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments to stay informed of upcoming projects, customer needs and business priorities.
· Lead the planning and execution of UK-wide events and exhibitions, including attendance and coordination of key teams.
· Promote use of the CRM system and support integration into wider marketing and commercial activity.
· Champion brand consistency while driving creative and customer-focused content across digital, print and events.
· Collaborate with agencies, suppliers and contractors to deliver engaging campaigns and quality marketing outputs.

· Proven experience in a senior-level B2B marketing role, ideally with a background in industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or technical services.
· A strong track record of team leadership, with experience managing and developing marketing professionals.
· Solid understanding of marketing operations including strategic planning, budget management, and performance reporting.
· Comfortable working both strategically and hands-on, supporting team members where required.
· Knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Office, Canva, and Showpad (or similar sales enablement platforms).
· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the business.
· Organised, proactive and detail-focused with the ability to manage competing priorities., · Degree in Marketing or related discipline preferred, or equivalent experience in a similar marketing leadership role.
· Full UK driving licence required
