We have a fantastic opportunity now available. Sell Beyond is seeking a motivated analytical and creative Digital Marketing Apprentice to join their dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, loves storytelling, and is eager to learn about the exciting world of e-commerce and digital marketing. You will work closely with our team to publish blogs on the website, support with the business rebrand by creating logos, business cards and leaflet and much more! In this role you will have a fantastic work life balance, working hybrid with days 2 from home and 3 days in the office per week. In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job:

• Writing compelling and punchy copy to persuade and engage customers shopping on Amazon.
• Using Google Analytics to look at engagement, also using HubSpot and MailChimp to gather the data.
• Working on WordPress to help publish blogs on the website.
• Support with the rebrand of their clients' businesses such as creating creating customer personas, rewriting tag lines, creating product descriptions.
• Liaising with the Head of Marketing to ensure everything is done inline with the budget set on a project.
• Supporting with the rebrand to help with the business visibility in the area to support with new business but also help to hit and meet business objectives.
• Support with Google Analytics, YouTube, Facebook Instagram, WordPress, TikTok, HubSpot and Lemlist.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.


• Strong written skills - you love writing simple punchy copy that stands out and gets attention.
• Great presentation and communication skills - you can tell a story about anything.
• A keen eye for design and storytelling.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, especially YouTube.
• Basic knowledge of tools like Word, Pages, WordPress, Buffer.com, would be beneficial.
• An existing knowledge of Google Analytics would be beneficial.
  
  £19,250 per annum.
• Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm.
• Hybrid working available.
