• A strategic leadership role accountable for the strategy, planning, implementation and measurement of Performance Marketing, Brand and CRM for the Paragon Group.
• The role plays a crucial role in delivering strong commercial value from the Marketing team, using media, creative and data to drive innovation and optimisation whilst building brand fame.
• Responsible for the performance marketing team, customer engagement team and marketing performance the role stretches across multiple marketing disciplines.
• This role ensures that all digital touchpoints align with the organisations goals, providing data-driven insights and innovation to optimise the digital and brand presence.
• As part of the Marketing and Insight leadership team the role sets high expectations for Group Marketing.
  
  Educated to degree level or significant experience working in Marketing, Digital or a related field as a Senior Manager
• Strong digital marketing experience across paid, social, seo including significant experience of growing, optimising and improving paid media performance
• Experience of managing a Brand across strategy, creative and media
• Experience of running analytics across marketing with the ability to present details of performance to stakeholders
• Inspirational people leader with track record of building high performing teams
