And we do this with a team of the very best people, simple.We are looking for an Electrical Campaign Manager to drive engagement and revenue within our Electrical division. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing highly targeted campaigns across various channels, leveraging CRM data to generate leads and nurture customer relationships.This role is to be based in the Preston Office on a full-time basis.What will you be doing?You will work directly with the sales and operational teams, as well as the central marketing team to ensure all activities are aligned with the broader marketing strategy, bringing a unique blend of compelling copywriting, insightful data utilisation and personalisation to every customer interaction.You will:
- Plan, build, and execute CRM-driven email and messaging campaigns to support lead generation, customer nurturing, and sales enablement
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and central marketing to align campaign strategy with business objectives and brand guidelines
- Create engaging, personalised content for email, SMS, and digital channels, using CRM data and A/B testing to optimise performance
- Define and manage audience segments for targeted campaigns across email, social media, display ads, and website personalisation
- Monitor campaign performance, report key metrics (e.g. open rates, CTR, ROI), and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Leverage CRM data to understand customer behaviours, ensure data accuracy, and drive personalised marketing across channels
- Serve as the main point of contact for CRM campaigns in the Electrical division, maintaining strong cross-functional relationships
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field - Certifications in relevant CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator/Specialist, HubSpot Marketing Hub) is desirable
- 3-5 years' experience in CRM and email marketing, ideally within B2B or the electrical/industrial sector
- Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) and marketing automation tools
- Proven success in driving lead generation and customer retention through targeted campaigns
- Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, A/B testing, automation workflows, and compliance (e.g., CAN-SPAM)
- Skilled in campaign copywriting, segmentation, setup, and performance reporting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and inform strategy
- Understanding of sales processes and how marketing supports sales goals
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across departments
- High attention to detail and adaptability to both proactive and reactive campaign needs
- Ongoing commitment to staying updated on brand, UX, CRM, and email marketing trends
