Are you passionate about delivering high-level communications and engagement services? South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust and George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust are seeking a dynamic and experienced Communications and Engagement Lead to support our Electronic Patient Record (EPR) programme. What You'll Do:

Strategise and implement EPR communications.
Engage with diverse audiences to raise EPR awareness.
Provide expert communications and engagement advice and support., To provide a comprehensive, high-level communications and engagement service to South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust and George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust by directly supporting the implementation of the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) programme., To be the responsible person for all EPR programme communications and engagement activity.

Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
Track record in communications and engagement within complex settings.
Independent, creative, and strategic thinker., Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in relevant area(s).
Evidence of continued professional development., Extensive communications and engagement experience (internal and external), within a complex organisation, comparable to master's level knowledge.
Significant experience of planning and delivering communications and engagement strategies.
Experience preparing communications and engagement plans.
Experience undertaking face-toface engagement.
Experience designing and creating content for print, social media and other platforms (e.g. Canva)
Experience of working on complex programmes/ projects., Ability to give advice at a range of organisational levels.
Able to persuade and influence to ensure appropriate approaches are used.
The ability to provide highly complex, and on occasion sensitive, information to a variety of audiences
Ability to work independently or part of team.
Ability to plan, work to deadlines with attention to detail.
Has a responsive, solution focused approach to addressing issues and barriers.
Self-motivated and able to work autonomously, weighing up and analysing a range of options which may be complex to risks in order to independently implement successful solutions
Adaptable and responds in a timely manner to urgent requests and programme changes.

Advanced IT and keyboard skills for designing presentation and programme documentation, Is open and honest and acts with integrity.

Tactful with the ability to respond to high-profile, potentially contentious, situations, Ability to travel independently to a variety of locations across Coventry and Warwickshire, as and when required.
Work flexible hours including on occasion evening and weekends to meet the need of the programme.
