Full Job Description
In this role you will own and lead on multiple projects including lifecycle strategies and technical automated and service campaigns. You will have the opportunity to present back to leadership and key stakeholders on the performance of our CRM campaigns and the current state of play of our AB testing plan.
The ideal candidate will be someone who has previous experience in owning or supporting with a strategy for a CRM Channel as well as developing strategic and execution of automated lifecycle trigger communications. It is important that you have experience in automation and where it runs in the background.
You will also;
Previous experience Owning or supporting with a strategy for a CRM Channel
Previous experience developing strategic and execution of automated lifecycle trigger communications
Be able to multitask in an everchanging fast paced environment
Good understanding of ESPs and Google Analytics - SAP or similar Is desirable
Understand email best practises and GDPR
