As an Activation Manager at IPN, you will manage and execute customer activation plans that connect with shoppers and boost sales. If you're creative, commercially savvy, and ready to make things happen - we want to hear from you.,

• Plan and execute high-impact, insight-led campaigns
• Own retailer media plans, POS, coupons & digital promotions
• Build strong retailer relationships to maximise brand visibility
• Track spend, measure ROI, and optimise performance
• Be the link between Sales & Marketing, bringing shopper insight to life
• Lead the charge on brand theatre for Deployment & Brand Days
  
  Degree caliber with post graduate depth of business understanding would be an advantage but not essential
• Demonstrable experience in same or similar role - in an FMCG business
• Experience working with major Grocery retailers & their media agencies
• Commercially astute with proven ability to engage & influence retail customers
• Track record of personally leading & driving business & brand growth
• Strong project management skills: the ability to manage multiple projects and delivering on time is essential.
• A passion for pets and a love of connecting brands to pet parents

  Salary: Competitive
• 10% annual company bonus scheme
