We are undergoing a huge transformation across all areas of the business, with a focus on people and technology, and our mission is to give people easier access to our world class legal services.We're looking for a strategic and creative Brand & Campaign Lead to own the development and execution of brand and campaign activity across the firm. This senior role will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering high-impact brand activations, B2B and practice area campaigns, organic social media and creative outputs for the firm.You'll manage a team of specialists - including a Brand, Campaign, Social Media, Graphic Design, Videography - and you'll work closely with the Communications team, Digital Marketing, CRM, and Content teams to ensure all activity is aligned, integrated, and executed to the highest standard.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Campaign Ownership
- Create, lead and own the development and execution of brand and campaign activity across B2B channels, practice areas, and social media.
- Oversee campaign planning, briefing, delivery, and performance tracking across the marketing function.
- Deliver brand activation for digital and client onboarding activation
- Ensure all activity reflects the firm's brand identity, values, and strategic objectives.

- Manage a team of seven, providing clear direction, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture with a focus on creativity, accountability, and results.
- Delegate effectively while remaining hands-on and supportive. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Communications team to ensure messaging is consistent and aligned across earned and owned channels.
- Partner with Digital Marketing, CRM, and Content teams to ensure campaigns are integrated and optimised across platforms.
- Liaise with the Head of Marketing to align plans with broader marketing strategy and business goals.
- Liaise with Heads of practice and BD as required to ensure plans are aligned, delivered, understood and reported on. Creative & Strategic Direction
- Own the execution of the brand, ensuring all creative output meets brand standards and resonates with target audiences.
- Provide creative leadership across brand and campaign activity, ensuring ideas are bold, relevant, and commercially sound.
- Champion innovation in campaign formats, storytelling, and audience engagement. Planning & Coordination
- Own the campaign calendar and ensure visibility of upcoming activity across the team and wider business.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear communication of plans, timelines, and outcomes. Performance & Reporting
- Oversee campaign reporting and performance analysis, using insights to inform future planning.
- Ensure KPIs are defined, tracked, and communicated effectively across the team and to senior stakeholders.
Proven experience in brand and campaign leadership, ideally within professional services environment. - Outstanding people management skills with a track record of leading creative and marketing teams.
- Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and a passion for brand building across multiple channels.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Confident communicator and collaborator across teams and senior stakeholders.
- Creative and proactive, with a strong eye for detail and quality.
