Full Job Description
You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating behaviour change campaigns
to help us get the right message, to the right people, at the right time.
A key element of this role will be developing strong external strategic partnerships and regularly planning and chairing external stakeholder meetings. You will also support with the planning, delivery and evaluation of two core campaigns/projects.
Working for a public body also means you'll become part of the Government Communications Service (GCS) - opening the door to world-leading communications training, guidance and more.
Responsibilities
You will:
+ Plan and implement effective multi-channel marketing campaigns, both low and no cost, that protect workplace pensions.
+ Plan and chair stakeholder meetings.
+ Project manage the delivery of an external communications hub to help ensure core campaign messages and materials are adopted by partners. You will work with a user-centered designer on the production of the hub and its material. You will evaluate the effectiveness of the hub and identify gaps and opportunities for further content production.
+ Deliver and evaluate a programme of pension scam communication alerts.
+ Proactively seek out learnings from behavioural insights and industry best-practice to advise on the application of direct marketing, advertising and digital channels.
+ Work across the organisation to develop a pipeline of future work.
+ Evaluate campaigns using the GCS evaluation framework to produce takeaways for future campaigns., In accordance with Home Office guidance, the successful candidate will be required to provide their right to work in the UK before they start employment. Unfortunately, TPR is not able to offer sponsorship at the time. TPR is a UK-based organisation with a working location in Brighton, candidates must live in the UK to be employed by us.
