We're looking for a dynamic Communications Manager to lead our internal and external communications at Exeter College. • Leading the development and delivery of our communications strategy.
• Managing media engagement and producing compelling content.
• Driving internal communications that boost staff and student engagement.
• Overseeing multi-channel content creation, from social to web.
• Supporting major campaigns like Open Days, Results Days, and recruitment.
• Advising senior leaders and safeguarding our reputation during crises.
  
  You're likely already working in a communications, PR, or content perhaps in education, the public sector, or a purpose-driven organisation. You're a confident communicator, a natural collaborator, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
You'll bring:
• A degree in PR, Communications, Journalism, English or similar.
• A strong portfolio of impactful campaigns and content.
• Experience in internal comms and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• A proactive, inclusive, and innovative mindset.
