As part of this journey, we're growing our social media team - and we're looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Executive to help us bring our brand to life online.The Role:As a Social Media Content Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of our social media channels helping to create content, plan campaigns and connect with our community. Working closely with the wider marketing and creative teams, you'll help bring ideas to life and make sure our content is always relevant to its objectives, engaging and on-brand. You'll also support reporting and keeping track of how our content is performing, always on the lookout for new trends and ideas to help us stay ahead. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for social media, content creation and brand storytelling who's looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced, friendly team.Key Accountabilities:
- Supporting the delivery of organic and paid social media campaigns across key channels like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook.
- Helping with content planning, writing captions, briefing creative assets and scheduling posts.
- Keeping an eye on social trends, conversations and new platform features to spot opportunities for H&B.
- Helping monitor and report on social performance using data and insights to support future planning.
- Working with internal teams and agency partners to help deliver great social content.
Previous experience working in social media (in-house or agency) - or a relevant marketing/content role. - Strong understanding of key social channels and what makes great content.
- Creative mindset with good copywriting skills - you love crafting captions and ideas.
- Organised and able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Curious, proactive and keen to learn more about social media and brand marketing.
- A genuine interest in health, wellness and helping people feel their best.
