We have an exciting opportunity for a digital marketing professional to join our growing team at Newlife as our Digital Marketing Manager (12-month maternity cover). If you meet some or all of the following criteria, we'd love to hear from you: What you'll do:

• Oversee the management, optimisation, and development of a new website to ensure a first-class user experience for families,
supporters, donors, and retail customers.
• Lead the development and delivery of digital marketing campaigns to grow reach, engagement, and income.
• Plan, deliver, and report on social media advertising, Google Ads Grant campaigns, and other paid digital activity.
• Create compelling content, including photography, video, and graphics (for use across websites, email, and social channels).
• Monitor and analyse digital performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, and other tools to
drive improvements.
• Manage the digital marketing budget effectively to maximise impact.
• Line manage and support our Social Media Officer, fostering a high-performance and creative environment.
• Keep up to date with emerging digital trends and recommend new opportunities.
  
  A track record of delivering elements of digital transformation or large-scale web projects.
• Strong technical skills with WordPress, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.
• Creative flair and experience producing high-quality photography, video, and graphics (Adobe Creative Suite).
• Proven ability to manage budgets, report on KPIs, and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content for different audiences.
