We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Reward Content Specialist to support the global pay transparency programme impacting all colleagues across the organisation. Reporting to the Engagement Lead, but with a strong alignment with the Internal Communications team, the Reward Content Specialist will be responsible for creating engaging, accessible, and brand-aligned communication materials across multiple channels and formats. What You'll Do as a Reward Content Specialist In your role, you'll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here's a flavour of your day-to-day: Content Creation & Design
- Develop a wide range of communication collateral to support awareness, understanding, and engagement with the global programme, including: + Presentation decks + FAQs and internal memos + Digital content for intranet, email, and social platforms + Videos and multimedia assets + Training and education materials + Translated/localised content where required.
- Translate complex programme information into clear, colleague-friendly language and visuals.
- Ensure consistency of tone, style, and brand across all communications. Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with the Engagement Lead to align communications with the overall strategy and timeline.
- Partner with internal teams such as Brand, Comms, P&C, Learning, and IT to source content, align messaging and execute campaigns.
- Coordinate with external vendors or creative agencies for design and video production when necessary.
- Ensure local language translation. Channel Management & Delivery
- Prepare content for distribution across various internal channels (email, intranet, newsletters, live events, etc.).
- Adapt messaging to suit regional needs, colleague groups, and cultural nuances.
- Support the creation of communication packs for leadership and people managers. Monitoring & Improvement
- Gather feedback on communication effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Track usage and engagement metrics where possible to refine content and formats. What You'll Bring Here at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued - so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular
- Proven experience in internal communications, colleague engagement, or corporate communications.
- Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
- Proficiency with tools such as PowerPoint, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Experience working on global programmes or with international audiences.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams. Desirable
- Familiarity with change management communications.
- Experience producing or coordinating translations/localisation.
- Background in HR, colleague engagement, or organisational development.
