Full Job Description

Our E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and trading of promain.com including maintaining product catalogue content, promotions and on-site experience. Using a variety of data and analysis, this role will play a key part in improving site conversion to meet revenue targets while maximising traffic to optimise revenue channels. You will be someone who brings high levels of attention to detail, has an analytical and data-driven approach to marketing and who enjoys identifying commercial opportunities to drive growth.,

  • Working closely with stakeholders across the Brewers Group to create development roadmaps
  • Overseeing website updates, product listings, categories, and banners
  • Managing APIs, liaising with all third party suppliers including digital marketing and customer support platforms
  • Coordinating SEO, popups (Klaviyo), discount codes, and datasheet uploads
  • Writing and optimize product, blog, and category content
  • Managing redirects, advise on SEO, and support YouTube content
  • Creating and scheduling posts and moderating engagement
  • Maintaining Google My Business and LinkedIn profiles
  • Creating newsletters via Mailchimp to communicate product updates
  • Designing digital/print assets such as banners, cards, leaflets and datasheets that support brand marketing and advertising initiatives
  • Creating reports on sales and campaign performance using evidence and data collated through Google Analytics, Search Console, Merchant Centre and Shopping Feeds

    Proven experience in E-Commerce, digital marketing, or web management
  • A strong understanding of SEO, Google tools and E-Commerce platforms (Preferred Magento 2 experience)
  • Experience and design skills (Adobe Suite or Canva) with a willingness to learn new technologies
  • Experience creating and owning content calendars and plans, working collaboratively with internal and external teams
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to use persuasion and influence to gain clear agreement and commitment from others
  • Experience of E-Commerce project management
  • Exceptional people skills with the ability to negotiate collaborative ways of working
  • Strategic thinker with a hands on approach to problem solving, always looking for avenues for improvement
  • Highly competent using Microsoft Office for a range of tasks including data analysis
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately to a high standard with a 'right first time' approach
