Reporting to the CRM Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering targeted CRM campaigns that drive engagement, commercial performance and long-term customer loyalty. From campaign build to deployment, you'll bring data-led, consumer-first communications to life across multiple channels. This role offers a 12-month fixed-term contract (covering maternity leave) and hybrid working (two office days per week) from our Support Office in Handforth, Cheshire. What You'll Do

Support the planning, build and delivery of targeted, multi-channel CRM campaigns
Translate business objectives into compelling consumer communications
Manage stakeholder requests and contribute to a balanced contact strategy
Use insights and analytics to shape campaigns and optimise performance
Collaborate with Marketing, Trading and Analytics teams to test and learn
Handle CRM admin tasks including voucher setup/testing, competitions and purchase orders
Proof, test and refine campaigns to ensure best-in-class execution

Experience in CRM or consumer marketing within a B2C environment
Strong organisational skills with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach
Confident stakeholder manager with great collaboration skills
Passion for understanding customer needs and behaviours
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-led decisions
