We're looking for an experienced and strategic Social Media Lead to head up our organic social media function across all + Me brands. You'll play a key role in shaping the voice of Skin + Me across our social platforms, driving engagement, growing our community, and ensuring we show up with creativity, relevance, and purpose every day. This is a hybrid working role with three days a week in our Paddington HQ (Mon,Tues,Fri) and two days remote. What you'll do:

• Own and evolve a platform-specific social strategy that drives organic growth, community connection, and long-term brand equity
• Use data and insights to continuously optimise content, engagement, and growth strategies
• Line-manage our team of 2 Social & Content Executives and oversee the broader Community Team
• Lead the planning and briefing of engaging, social-first content with support from our creative and copy teams
• Ensure consistent brand tone of voice, messaging, and visual identity across platforms
• Plan and execute brand-led and reactive social campaigns, including product launches and key calendar moments via collaboration with internal teams across broader brand, performance, and CRM
• Manage community guidelines and tone, ensuring brand values are upheld at all times
• Develop and implement a UGC strategy that taps into real customer advocacy and builds pipelines for content featuring real customers
• Keep up with emerging trends, platform updates, and audience behaviours
• Support the business in navigating brand reputation issues on social, handling community feedback and escalation with professionalism
  
  You're an experienced Social Media Lead, ideally with a background in a fast-paced DTC, beauty, or wellness brand
• You back your ideas with data and always look for ways to measure, test, and improve
• You can balance creativity with commercial impact
• You live and breathe social media and have an instinctive understanding of platform nuances and trends - especially TikTok, Instagram, and emerging channels
• You're a team player who thrives in a cross-functional environment and knows how to influence without ego
• You're comfortable managing multiple projects with tight deadlines, adapting quickly and staying calm under pressure
• You care deeply about tone, aesthetics, and brand integrity, and know how to translate that into meaningful social presence
