Full Job Description
- Research and develop engaging ways of promoting Bletchley Park.
- Co-ordinate and manage filming, photography, and media events.
- Respond to all types of media enquiries and issues.
- Oversee the development and production of Bletchley Park's publications.
- Develop, implement, and manage effective campaigns across a wide range of media including broadcast, print, and digital.
- Generate positive media coverage in support of Bletchley Park's mission to increase visitor numbers and the ongoing transformation of the site., This is a full-time position of 37.5 hours per week, with some evening and weekend working. The role reports to the Director of Public Engagement.
Extensive experience of working in a press environment with proven results. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to be confident, patient, and articulate when communicating at all levels.
- Exceptional writing and briefing skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work to deadlines., Candidates with experience of; Press Officer, Public Relations Manager, Communications Manager, Media Relations Manager, Digital PR Manager, Marketing Manager, Heritage Marketing also be considered for this role.
