Proven experience in performance marketing, managing digital campaigns across Paid Search (Google, MSN) and Paid Social channels (Meta, Pinterest). - Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic buying.
- Experience leading and managing a team, with a track record of driving performance.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Hands-on experience in campaign execution, budget management, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
