Full Job Description
As a Paid Social Media Executive, you'll play a key role in helping us connect with people across the UK through engaging, effective social media campaigns. You'll support a wide range of business areas - from Health Insurance and Pay as You Go healthcare, to Care Services and Brand - helping us reach the right people with the right message at the right time. - Support the day-to-day delivery and optimisation of paid social advertising across platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
- Help plan and run campaigns that meet performance goals, working closely with marketing stakeholders.
- Segment and structure campaigns to reach the right audiences, based on clear briefs.
- Track and analyse campaign performance, using data to make smart decisions and improve results.
- Create clear, insightful reports with recommendations for future activity.
- Keep internal teams updated on campaign progress and respond to questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to align social activity with other channels.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and tools, and help us test new opportunities.
- Make sure all campaigns meet FCA regulations and are properly recorded in our audit systems.
We're looking for someone who's passionate about digital media and ready to take the next step in their marketing career. You'll need: - At least 6 months' experience managing paid social campaigns - especially on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
- A good understanding of conversion tracking and campaign reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Great attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confident communication and stakeholder management.
- A proactive, collaborative approach to working in a team.
- A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
