Full Job Description
As a Class 2 Driver, you will:
- Use curtain side trailers to make multi drop palletised deliveries and collections to and from businesses and private addresses around the South West.
- Ensure goods are loaded and secured correctly to prevent shifting or damage. Use straps, nets, and other securing devices as needed.
- Perform comprehensive daily vehicle safety checks using your company phone to maintain top-notch vehicle safety and reliability.
- Stay in regular communication with the transport team to provide updates on your progress and ensure our customers' expectations are met.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay ahead with the latest industry standards and best practices.
- This role is part of the referral scheme. If you refer a person to this area of the business as a HGV Driver you can earn an additional £500, paid in two instalments. T&C's apply
Must hold a UK Class 2 C Licence. - Current DCPC Card and Digital Tachograph Driver Card.
- Experience of delivering loads directly to client sites is advantageous.
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work to deadlines.

- Good geographical knowledge.
- Fit, flexible, hardworking, and self-motivated.
Competitive Salary: £35,193pa - £38,126pa, depending on hours worked. - Shift Hours: Start time 07:30hrs, Monday to Friday, working 48 hours per week. Plus Saturday rota.
- Overtime: Available. Enhanced rates for working weekends.
