Full Job Description

As a Fleet Coordinator at Hyde, you will be working within the Property Services team to support the Fleet Manager across three regions. You will play a key role in the day-to-day administration of Hyde's vehicle fleet, ensuring compliance, efficiency and timely coordination of plant hire and servicing. Responsibilities

  • Maintain an accurate fleet register and hire plant logs
  • Arrange servicing, licence checks, and fuel cards
  • Coordinate with suppliers, internal repair teams and operatives
  • Process and track invoices, ensuring timely off-hiring of high-cost items
  • Produce weekly hire reports and support data analysis and reporting
  • Assist with the roll-out of new fleet vehicles and collection of returns

    Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to manage relationships with internal teams and external suppliers
  • Experience in administration, telephone support and customer service
  • A manual driving licence is essential - role will involve vehicle movement
