Are you seeking a rewarding role with a renowned national pet food manufacturer? Our client, a leader in raw pet food production with over 50 years of industry expertise, is expanding due to substantial growth and is actively seeking dedicated Pickers & Packers to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. What to Expect:

  • Industry Experience: Benefit from the long-standing reputation and knowledge of a pet food industry veteran.
  • Stability in Growth: Join a team that is growing steadily due to increased business demands.
  • Potential for Stability: Start with a temporary position that could lead to permanent employment.
    • Your Role as a Picker/Packer: As a key team member, your role will involve the careful and legal picking and packing of raw pet food. Key duties include:
  • Efficient Production Lines: Contribute to the smooth operation of production lines.
  • Precise Packaging: Pack and label boxes accurately, ensuring attention to detail.
  • Pallet Stacking: Stack pallets to streamline storage and transportation.
  • Traceability: Maintain records of packed items for traceability purposes.
  • Target Goals: Meet hourly packing targets with diligence.
  • Hygiene Standards: Adhere to strict hygiene regulations to maintain standards.
    • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 06:00 - 15:00
