Are you an experienced warehouse leader who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment? Do you enjoy motivating teams, driving performance and delivering outstanding customer service? Are you confident leading colleagues to achieve productivity, quality and service targets while maintaining a strong safety culture?, Previous experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor or similar warehouse leadership role within a logistics or operational environment
Experience leading teams, conducting return-to-work interviews and supporting investigations where required
Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate colleagues and manage multiple priorities
Good understanding of warehouse operations and the ability to make informed operational decisions in a fast-paced environment

Here at GXO, we're recruiting for a Team Leader to join our Revelyst operation in Sherburn-in-Elmet. This is a fixed-term opportunity for 6 months, working Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00, where you'll play a key role in leading warehouse colleagues and supporting the smooth delivery of daily operational activities. Working closely with the Shift Management Team, you'll help ensure operational targets are achieved while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and customer service.
