The working schedule is predominantly Monday to Friday, working 12:00 to 20:30, but may require occasional shift changes and overtime when necessary., co-ordinate customer deliveries and liaise with drivers in a prompt and efficient manner, ensuring that customer requests are achieved- - Ensure that issues with meeting expectations are escalated internally to the line Manager and to the customer when appropriate. - Establish and maintain good customer relationships, acting as the key customer contact for order requests and processing- - Ensuring that professional and effective communication is always maintained - Identify and recommend appropriate resolutions to customer queries or failures- - Ensure any concerns, issues or variances to instructions are immediately communicated to your line manager to allow appropriate action to be taken at the earliest opportunity - Ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered to, both for employees and visitors, including PPE, and escalating any concerns to your line manager at the earliest opportunity

• Have an enthusiastic attitude and real desire to learn
• Have a good standard of general education to include numeracy and literacy
• Have a good understanding of warehouse and transport procedures including
WTR (working Time Regulations) and EU Driver regulations
• Preferably have experience of Telematic systems
• Have the ability to withstand pressure and work to tight deadlines
• Be flexible to the needs of the business and be able to work on a different shift pattern if necessary
• Possess excellent communication and Customer Service skills
• Have good organisation skills and ability to prioritise
• Have a good understanding of IT - Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Be a team player who is able to use initiative and share ideas to improve efficiency
