Full Job Description
Roofing Gloucester are currently looking to recruit a Yard Supervisor , who is self-motivated, has a flair for managing others and is willing to learn people management skills and develop in the role., To be a successful Yard Supervisor you should, understand the construction sector and have knowledge of products and services available from SIG. The successful candidate should also be able to effectively lead a team, build relationships with customers, be a problem solver, prevent stock loss, and uphold H&S.
The success candidate will require :
Experience in manual handling and good attention to details
The ability to lead a team and work under well pressure.
A good knowledge of safe working practices
An understand of stockloss.
Attention to detail and mathematical literacy
Clean and Tidy
The ability to multi-task.
