Full Job Description
The post holder will provide and maintain a comprehensive and efficient role to Cancer Services, acting on their own initiative and working very closely with other services., This post will be supporting the Cancer Services Department to undertake data validation and tracking for patient pathways.
The post holder will liaise with Health Professionals and their teams in Hywel Dda University Health Board, gathering data and ensuring patients pathways are tracked appropriate utilizing the relevant patient management systems.
The post holder will assist the Cancer Services Team in the generation of reports, perform administrative duties and provide general administrative support to the Cancer Services as required.
Hywel Dda University Health Board is the planner and provider of NHS healthcare services for people in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire and its bordering counties.
