Check out our website: .What we need in a nutshellWe want our guests to have a whale of a time whether that be down at the pool or on many of our activities we offer. As Sports and Leisure Manager, you will make this happen by ensuring our leisure activities and pool facilities operate at the highest levels whilst leading a team of qualified lifeguards and activity assistants.We need you to be the person who delivers delight and safety when our guests are splashing about at the pool or taking part in the wide range of activities and facilities we have to offer.What you'll be doing:Working as part of our team of holiday heroes, you will oversee the management of our awesome leisure facilities, including:

• Indoor swimming pool, Archery, Axe throwing, Gym…plus loads more activities (check out our website - you'll want to get involved yourself!)
  
  A current NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification)
• A current PPO (Pool Plant Operations) qualification
• Great interpersonal skills - you'll need to be assertive as well as friendly
• Proven leadership skills

• NPMQ (National Pool Management Qualification)
• RLSS Trainer
• Transferable Trainer/Assessor Skills, Experiences or Qualifications
• Experience in the hospitality sector
