Full Job Description
You'll be responsible for:
Patrolling the park grounds at regular intervals, on foot and in a company vehicle
Checking buildings and facilities are locked, secure, and in good order
Supporting the bar team during busy weekend evenings
Responding promptly to call-outs, emergencies, or guest queries
Ensuring guests and staff follow park rules in a friendly, professional manner
Assisting with any late-night guest needs to ensure they have the best possible stay
We're looking for someone who takes pride in doing the basics brilliantly. You'll need to be confident working independently, have a calm and approachable manner, and be committed to delivering great service - even at 1am.
Essential:
Full UK driving licence
Experience in a similar role and/or guest-facing environment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working until the early hours
Understanding of basic health & safety standards
Positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to get stuck in - no job too small, Disability Confident
