We are seeking an energetic and experienced individual to join our team as Disability Development Officer. This exciting role blends programme development and cricket coaching, with a strong focus on the personal growth and development of participants., We are seeking an energetic and experienced individual to join our team as Disability Development Officer. This exciting role blends programme development and cricket coaching, with a strong focus on the personal growth and development of participants. You will play a key part in delivering high quality cricket opportunities for young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), engaging them through:
- Super 1s hub sessions
- SEND school cricket sessions
- Disability performance pathway sessions This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about inclusion, community sport, and making a real impact in people's lives through cricket. About You We're looking for someone who can:
- Deliver engaging, high quality cricket coaching sessions.
- Build positive relationships with young people, schools, and community partners.
- Work flexibly to meet the needs of evening and weekend delivery.
- Drive programmes forward with creativity, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
